Return Policy
We do not offer any Returns. Exchanges can be considered if there is product damage. In such a case, an exchange of an item is allowed. Customers can select the same item if it is available in stock or can choose any other item of at least equal value of the original item.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of purchased items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. We triple check our products before shipping, hence the situation of return is a rarity.
Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange of the damaged item with a new item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with unboxing video.
We are not responsible for any accidental damage caused to the jewelry until you show us an unboxing video starting from the opening seal of the package to opening bubble wrap and then the product outer pack.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Replacement of same item will be subject to availability
